LPA, ITCZ bring rains over Visayas, Mindanao

Parts of Visayas, Mindanao, and Palawan are experiencing cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to a low-pressure area (LPA) embedded along the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

PAGASA warns residents in affected areas about possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and other parts of Luzon will have partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies.
