Paeng disrupts land, sea travel in Bicol, Visayas, Mindanao

Severe Tropical Storm Paeng has disrupted land and sea travel in parts of Bicol, Visayas, and Mindanao.

The DOTr advised that land travel bound for Masbate, Virac, Visayas, and Mindanao had been suspended to ensure passenger safety and avoid congestion.

Passenger trips from Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) to Quezon and Batangas were also cancelled due to the storm.

Some passengers have started returning home early ahead of All Souls' Day (Undas).
