Pacquiao opposes restrictions on unvaccinated Filipinos

Pacquiao urged government agencies such as DILG, PNP, DOTr, and local government units to halt orders that restrict the movement of unvaccinated individuals if they follow minimum public health standards.

He emphasized that vaccination should be a personal choice and called for persuasion rather than compulsion, stating there is no legal basis to force people to get vaccinated.
