Palace: Restricting movement of unvaccinated for 'common good'

Malacaŋang stated on Tuesday that President Rodrigo Duterte's decision to restrict unvaccinated individuals from public places is for the common good.

Acting presidential spokesperson Karlo Nograles said this in response to Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte's statement that unvaccinated people should not be discriminated against.

Nograles explained that the President aims to protect the unvaccinated, citing data showing higher risks of severe or critical COVID-19 cases for those who are unvaccinated.
