Filipina worker released from HK coronavirus quarantine

A Filipino worker in Hong Kong was released by health authorities after a 14-day quarantine for showing no symptoms of the novel coronavirus.

She was one of two Filipinos placed under strict quarantine after coming into contact with her employer's parents who had traveled to Wuhan, the epicenter of the outbreak.

The DFA assured that the government has a plan in place to assist Filipinos affected by the virus.
