NorthPort beats TNT 100-95, starts season 4-0

NorthPort secured a narrow victory over TNT with a score of 100-95 in the PBA Season 49 Commissioner's Cup on Sunday night at the Ynares Center.

Joshua Munzon starred with 20 points, three rebounds, and four steals, knocking down a dagger triple that kept NorthPort unbeaten for the second game in a row.

NorthPort improved to an undefeated 4-0 record after this victory, marking the first time in franchise history that they achieved such a start. Leading their defensive-minded approach is Munzon, who was named PBA Press Corps-Pilipinas Live Player of the Week.

Munzon's contributions include hitting clutch long-distance baskets against Magnolia and TNT to seal each win, with averages of 22.5 points, six rebounds, four steals, and two assists per game.

TNT remained winless at 0-2 despite their efforts, as NorthPort's defense stifled key players like Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and Calvin Oftana in the crucial fourth quarter.
