'No vax, no ride' policy tied to Alert Level in NCR

The 'no vaccine, no ride' policy in public transportation will only be reimposed in the National Capital Region (NCR) if it remains under Alert Level 3 or higher.

DOTr Undersecretary Artemio Tuazon Jr. said the policy has been suspended for 30 days until Feb. 25.

Acting Presidential Spokesperson Karlo Nograles noted that restrictions on unvaccinated individuals will be lifted if alert levels are lowered to Alert Level 2, as the ordinances only apply to Alert Levels 3 and higher.
