Malacaōang undergoes disinfection against COVID-19

Malacaōang underwent cleaning and disinfection on Thursday as a precaution against COVID-19.

PSG troopers conducted the disinfection to protect President Duterte, following Senator Go's announcement that he and the President would undergo testing due to contact with infected individuals.

PSG commander Col. Jesus Durante III clarified there will be no lockdown; instead, regular disinfections will occur in areas frequently used by Duterte to ensure safety for all employees working at Malacaōang.
