Recto: Show dead inmates' photos to DOJ

Senate President Pro Tempore Ralph Recto urged the Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) to show photos of deceased inmates' bodies to address speculations about their deaths due to COVID-19.

Recto suggested that BuCor should only present these photos to Justice Secretary Menardo Guevarra, who can verify and confirm their authenticity without making them public.

The senator also mentioned the importance of surveillance footage in prisons to provide additional proof.
