NCR’s COVID-19 positivity rate drops to 10%

The COVID-19 positivity rate in Metro Manila decreased to 10% as of October 29 from the previous week's 12.3%, according to Octa Research.

Batangas and Bulacan also recorded the lowest positivity rates at 10% and 9%, respectively.

While most areas saw a decrease, Misamis Oriental, Negros Occidental, Isabela, Iloilo, Cebu, and Benguet showed an increase in cases.

Benguet's rate jumped to 21.1% from 7%, while Isabela's increased to 33.9% from 20.7%. Tarlac and La Union saw the most significant decreases, dropping to 36.8% and 12.8%, respectively.
