NCR COVID-19 positivity rate lowest since July 4

The COVID-19 positivity rate in Metro Manila dropped to 8.9% as of November 2, the lowest since July 4.

OCTA Research fellow Dr. Guido David said this trend could lead to less than 100 new cases per day by end of November.

David noted that the reproduction number decreased to 0.65 and ADAR at 1.87 per 100k, with healthcare utilization remaining low.
