PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains over eastern Visayas, Mindanao

PAGASA reports cloudy skies and scattered rains over eastern Visayas, parts of Mindanao, and other regions due to easterly winds.

Eastern Visayas, Sorsogon, Surigao, Dinagat, Basilan, Sulu, and Tawi-Tawi will experience possible flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Caraga, Davao, Bicol Regions, Eastern and Central Visayas will have scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to the tail-end of a frontal system.

Cagayan Valley, Cordillera Administrative Region, Aurora, and Quezon will see light rains from the northeast monsoon with no significant impact.

Metro Manila and rest of Luzon will experience isolated rain showers or thunderstorms with possible flash floods during severe weather conditions.
