Makati gets freezers for vaccines, Manila completes storage facility

Makati has procured 42 biomedical refrigerators and laboratory freezers to manage and store COVID-19 vaccines.

Mayor Abigail Binay assured that the city is preparing for a 100-percent vaccination rate, with a vaccine depot being built at the city hall quadrangle.

The Makati Health Department aims to complete the vaccine depot site by next week and has already conducted a vaccination simulation on February 4.

Manila Mayor Francisco 'Isko Moreno' Domagoso announced that Manila is now fully prepared for vaccine arrival, with the delivery of the last three freezers at Sta. Ana Hospital, bringing the total ULT refrigeration units to 12.
