600K Sinovac vaccines to arrive Feb. 23

A total of 600,000 doses of Sinovac's coronavirus vaccine are set to arrive in the Philippines on February 23.

Of these, 100,000 doses will be donated by China to the Philippine military.

The remaining 500,000 doses will go to frontline health workers as per the government’s vaccination priority list.

Sinovac has yet to receive emergency use authorization from the FDA and would be stored until approval is granted.
