JTF CV Shield recommends 'no quarantine pass, no entry' for malls

The Joint Task Force COVID Shield recommends a 'no quarantine pass, no entry' policy for malls in Metro Manila under the modified enhanced community quarantine.

Lt. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, JTF CV Shield commander, stated that only one member per household should have a quarantine pass to access mall services.

During a meeting with mall security managers, it was discussed whether quarantine passes from nearby cities would be accepted.
