Habagat brings scattered rains, thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, Bicol

PAGASA forecasts scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms over MIMAROPA, Bicol Region, Western Visayas, Batangas, Quezon, and parts of Metro Manila due to the southwest monsoon.

Flash floods or landslides may occur in these areas during severe thunderstorms.

Metro Manila and other regions will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA continues to monitor Tropical Storm Noul outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, which is moving westward.
