Batangas sets up donation hub for Taal Volcano relief

The Taal Volcano eruption on January 12 displaced thousands of Batangas residents, leading to an influx of humanitarian aid from various sources.

To address coordination issues and systematize relief efforts, the Batangas Provincial Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Council established a donation hub.

Local government units in Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, Malabon City, and Quezon City have provided assistance through donations, medical aid, search and rescue operations, and damage assessment.
