Metro Manila, Laguna, Iloilo, CDO under ECQ till Aug 20

The national task force against COVID-19 has placed Metro Manila, Laguna, Iloilo City, and Cagayan de Oro City under hard lockdown from Aug 6 to Aug 20 due to the surge in cases and threat of the Delta variant.

Cavite, Lucena City, Rizal, and Iloilo province are under modified enhanced community quarantine (MECQ) until Aug 15.

Batangas and Quezon will be under general community quarantine with heightened restrictions during this period.

Apayao, Aklan, and Laguna were previously placed under MECQ until Aug 15, while Cebu province is under GCQ with heightened restrictions.
