ITCZ brings clouds, rains on Saturday

Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) on Saturday.

PAGASA warns of possible flash floods or landslides in these areas due to moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol region, Visayas, and Mindanao will have cloudy skies with scattered rain showers; the rest of Luzon will experience partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers from localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds blowing southeast to south over Luzon and Visayas may result in slight to moderate coastal waters.
