PAGASA: Cloudy skies, scattered rains in eastern Visayas, Caraga, Davao due to easterlies

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms in eastern Visayas, Caraga, and Davao Region due to the easterlies on Thursday.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers, posing a risk for flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms.

Wind speeds in Luzon are expected to be light to moderate from southeast to southwest, with slight to moderate coastal waters. In Visayas and Mindanao, winds will be light from east to southeast, with slight coastal waters.
