PAGASA warns rains, thunderstorms in South Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao

PAGASA warns South Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao can expect cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms due to ITCZ.

Flash floods and landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms in these areas.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers from localized thunderstorms.

On Wednesday, PAGASA issued a warning for moderate to heavy rainshowers with lightning and strong winds over Nueva Ecija, Zambales, Batangas, and several nearby areas.

Easterlies, warm Pacific Ocean winds, also affect the eastern sections of Visayas and Mindanao.
