Philippines sees fair weather, isolated rains

Most parts of the Philippines experienced fair weather with isolated rain showers on Wednesday, according to PAGASA.

The southwest monsoon brought rain showers and isolated thunderstorms over the Ilocos region and Zambales, with possible flash floods or landslides during severe storms.

Elsewhere in Luzon, Metro Manila, Visayas, and Mindanao had partly cloudy skies with isolated rainshowers due to localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA warned of moderate to strong winds over northern and central Luzon, resulting in rough coastal waters, while the rest of the country experienced light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas.
