PAGASA: Cloudy skies, isolated rains across PH Friday

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers across the Philippines on Friday due to the intertropical convergence zone (ITCZ) and easterlies.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during severe thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail over the entire archipelago.

PAGASA is monitoring a low pressure area outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility, which may enter PAR as an LPA either Sunday or Monday.
