PAGASA: ITCZ brings rain, thunderstorms in Mindanao, Palawan

PAGASA forecasts cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in Mindanao and Palawan due to the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ).

Scattered rains will continue across most parts of the country, with isolated rain showers expected in Metro Manila and Luzon.

Flash floods or landslides are possible during moderate to heavy rains, especially over Eastern Visayas, Caraga, Northern Mindanao, and Zamboanga Peninsula.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas will prevail across the archipelago.
