ITCZ brings scattered rains, possible flash floods in Mindanao

PAGASA warns that the Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) affecting Mindanao on Friday will bring scattered rain showers and thunderstorms, with possible flash floods or landslides during heavy rains.

Metro Manila and other parts of the country will experience partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Light to moderate winds and slight to moderate seas are expected throughout the archipelago.
