ITCZ brings scattered rains over Visayas, Mindanao

The Intertropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) will affect Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao on Tuesday, bringing cloudy skies with scattered rainshowers and thunderstorms.

Visayas, Mindanao, and MIMAROPA may experience flash floods or landslides during moderate to heavy rains.

Metro Manila and the rest of Luzon will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to easterlies and localized thunderstorms.

Wind speeds in Mindanao will be light to moderate from east to northeast, while coastal waters will be slight to moderate; similar conditions are expected across the country.
