PAGASA forecasts isolated rains, thunderstorms across PH

PAGASA forecasts partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or thunderstorms over Metro Manila and most parts of the country due to easterlies.

Caraga and Davao Regions in Mindanao will experience scattered rains and thunderstorms caused by a trough of a low-pressure area.

The weather bureau warns residents about possible flash floods or landslides during severe thunderstorms and advises moderate to strong winds over Northern Luzon with light to moderate winds elsewhere.
