Fair weather prevails in PH Friday

Most parts of the Philippines will continue to experience fair weather on Friday.

Isolated light rains are expected in Cagayan Valley, Ilocos Region, and Cordillera Administrative Region due to northeasterly surface wind flow.

Metro Manila and other areas will have isolated rain showers caused by localized thunderstorms.

PAGASA forecasts moderate to strong winds and rough seas over northern Luzon, while light to moderate winds with slight to moderate seas are expected elsewhere.
