Isko Moreno hospitalized with mild COVID-19

Manila Mayor Isko Moreno tested positive for COVID-19 on Sunday and was admitted to Sta. Ana Hospital.

Dr. Grace Padilla of Sta. Ana Hospital reported that Moreno is stable with mild symptoms such as cough, colds, and body pains but no fever.

Vice Mayor Honey Lacuna, who also tested positive last week, is doing well and may be discharged on Thursday.

Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque stated that vaccines are effective in preventing severe illness and death from COVID-19.
