Habagat, LPA's trough bring scattered rains over parts of Central, Southern Luzon

The Southwest Monsoon (habagat) and the trough of a low-pressure area are expected to bring scattered rains and thunderstorms over parts of Central and Southern Luzon, as well as portions of Eastern Visayas and Caraga on Wednesday.

Occidental Mindoro, Palawan, Zambales, Bataan, and Western Visayas may experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms due to the habagat and remnants of Typhoon Karding, potentially leading to flash floods or landslides.

PAGASA forecasts moderate to strong winds in Luzon, Visayas, and western Mindanao, accompanied by rough coastal waters, while the rest of Mindanao may experience slight to moderate winds with calm to moderate seas.
