Tropical Storm Luis leaves PAR without affecting PH

Tropical Depression Luis developed on Wednesday morning in the east of Extreme Northern Luzon.

By Wednesday evening, Luis had intensified into a tropical storm with maximum sustained winds of 65 kilometers per hour.

On Thursday morning, Luis left the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) as it continued to move northward.

PAGASA stated that Luis would not directly affect weather conditions in the Philippines and no tropical cyclone wind signals were raised.
