Gov eyes 3-day 'national vaccine day' for merry Christmas

The Philippine government is considering a three-day 'national vaccination' drive to achieve a 'merry Christmas', according to vaccine czar Carlito Galvez Jr.

Galvez compared the initiative to election day, involving both public and private sectors in setting up inoculation sites.

The goal is to vaccinate around 5 million individuals during this period, with schools potentially being transformed into vaccination centers.

This drive aims to acclimatize towns and provinces to large-scale inoculations and mobilize all available healthcare workers.
