PH administers over 60M Covid jabs, NCR 88% fully vaxxed

As of Wednesday, November 3, a total of 60.4 million doses of coronavirus vaccines have been administered in the Philippines.

The National Capital Region has the highest number of fully vaccinated individuals at 88% of its population.

President Rodrigo Duterte stated that the country is on track to achieve its target of vaccinating 50% of the general population by year-end.

Since February, the Philippines has received over 106.2 million doses of vaccines, surpassing its target of receiving 100 million doses by October end.

The government aims to increase daily vaccinations to up to 1.5 million doses starting November 3 with the inclusion of pediatric vaccination for those aged 12-17.
