Nearly 30M Filipinos fully vaxxed against COVID-19

As of Monday, November 8, 2021, nearly 30 million Filipinos are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 with a total of 64.2 million vaccine doses administered.

The National Task Force Against Covid-19 chief implementer, Sec. Carlito Galvez Jr., attributed the steady delivery of vaccines since October to the increase in vaccination capacity and administration rates.

Forty cold chain storage units donated by the US government are being distributed to remote areas to aid in inoculation drives, allowing some local government units in provinces to handle highly sensitive vaccine brands like Pfizer, Moderna, and Sputnik V.
