FEU wins, advances to V-League Women's finals

Far Eastern University (FEU) defeated the University of the East in straight sets, winning 25-21, 25-15, and 25-20 in their V-League Women's Collegiate Challenge semifinals match on Wednesday night.

The Lady Tamaraws are now one win away from reaching the finals after dominating the first two sets and overcoming an early deficit in the third set.

Team captain Tin Ubaldo emphasized that securing the game was a driving force for their performance, with Alyza Devosora's service ace sealing the victory.

Jazlyn Ellarina led FEU with 13 points, while Chenie Tagaod contributed 10 markers and nine digs. Cepada of the University of the East had seven points from the bench.

Meanwhile, UST dominated the College of Saint Benilde in men's play, winning 25-20, 25-16, 25-13 behind Angge Poyos, Reg Jurado, and Jonna Perdido.
