Malacañang lists qualified persons for ECQ, MECQ, GCQ entry

Malacañang identified individuals permitted to enter areas under enhanced community quarantine (ECQ), modified ECQ, or general community quarantine (GCQ) on Tuesday.

According to Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, health and emergency personnel, government officials and front-line workers, humanitarian assistance actors, and those traveling for medical or humanitarian reasons are allowed entry.

Roque also mentioned that individuals going to the airport for international travel, returning overseas Filipino workers (OFWs), and other repatriated Filipinos can enter these zones.

The guidelines apply to movement within and among areas under ECQ, MECQ, GCQ, and modified general community quarantine (MGCQ).
