DSWD delivers more shelter materials, relief aid to Odette victims

The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) continues to provide shelter materials and relief aid to families affected by Typhoon Odette in Caraga, Visayas, and Mindanao.

As of January 6th, DSWD has delivered over 799 rolls of laminated sacks to 7,990 family beneficiaries in the Caraga region.

Additional supplies include 4,000 family relief packs, portable water containers worth PHP2.18 million from various donors, and food items such as rice, canned goods, noodles, and bottled water from DPWH.

The DSWD-13 also received non-food items like sleeping kits and family tents to aid in providing temporary shelters for displaced families.
