DOJ has list of possible masterminds in Percy Lapid killing

The cellphone of Cristito Villamor Palaña, identified as the middleman in Percy Lapid's killing, is missing but DOJ can retrieve records from telecom companies.

DOJ has a list of possible masterminds and eight persons of interest under custody, including Villamor’s sisters who are now under witness protection.

Villamor’s sister received a text message considered as dying declaration before his death in prison; the message revealed names of those behind Lapid's murder.
