DILG: 61.85% of ECQ aid fund distributed

As of Sunday, April 25, 61.85% or P14.1B of the P22.9B cash aid fund for those affected by the re-imposed ECQ in NCR and neighboring provinces has been distributed.

NCR has completed 68.51% of its distribution, followed by Laguna at 65.76%, Rizal at 56.9%, Bulacan at 53%, and Cavite at 47%.

According to DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya on Saturday, April 24, the payout process is ahead of schedule with some NCR LGUs expected to finish by the end of the month.
