Hong Kong bars non-residents, transit passengers

Starting from midnight on Tuesday, Hong Kong has barred non-residents and transit passengers from entering the territory for two weeks as part of measures to contain COVID-19.

The DFA advises Filipino travelers to check their flight schedules and adjust travel plans accordingly.

Seven Filipinos have tested positive for COVID-19 in Hong Kong; four have recovered while three are still being treated.
