Philippine airlines cancel flights during enhanced community quarantine

Philippine Airlines (PAL), Cebu Pacific Air, and AirAsia canceled selected flights in Luzon starting Tuesday, Mar 17, due to the enhanced community quarantine imposed amid the coronavirus pandemic.

PAL suspended all domestic flights from Mar 17 until Apr 12 but will continue international flights until March 19.

As of now, PAL has not announced options for affected passengers; they are advised to contact PAL's hotline at (632) 88558888.

International airports in Luzon were given a 72-hour window to accommodate foreigners seeking to leave the country before all gateways close.
