DFA: 47 new recoveries, no deaths among overseas Pinoys

As of Saturday, March 27, the DFA reported that there are 9,738 recovered Filipinos abroad with COVID-19, including 47 new recoveries this week.

Active cases stand at 5,283 while the death toll remains unchanged at 1,047.

From March 21 to 27, there were 101 new infections but no fatalities recorded.

The recovery rate decreased slightly compared to last week's figures, now standing at 60.60%, with active cases increasing to 32.88%.

Active cases are distributed as follows: Asia-Pacific region has 859 cases; Europe has 889; Middle East/Africa has 3,447; and the Americas have 88.
