Cebu creates TFs to address first nCoV case

Cebu City created a task force to address the first confirmed case of novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) in the Philippines.

The task force includes officials from the Cebu City Council, DOH, City Health Office, and Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office.

They are developing protocols for handling the virus and other diseases.

At the provincial level, Governor Gwendolyn Garcia is forming a task force to monitor 2019-nCoV, focusing on towns with tourist attractions.
