Brownlee wants rematch with TNT after Finals loss

Justin Brownlee expressed his desire to face Rondae Hollis-Jefferson and TNT again after Barangay Ginebra's loss in the PBA Governors' Cup finals on Friday.

Gin Kings coach Tim Cone took responsibility for Brownlee's performance, acknowledging that he struggled to get him open during the crucial games against TNT.

Brownlee was limited to 16 points and six rebounds in Game 6 and eight points with a low shooting percentage of 23.1% in Game 5, contributing to Ginebra’s defeat.

The naturalized center is considering taking time off after a grueling Governors' Cup campaign due to Gilas Pilipinas duties for the upcoming Fiba Asia Cup Qualifiers.

Despite this, Barangay Ginebra remains committed to Brownlee and will not look for a replacement if he decides to rest.
