Ginebra beats Terrafirma 114-98 in PBA game

Barangay Ginebra bounced back from a previous loss to defeat Terrafirma 114-98 in Wednesday's PBA Commissioner's Cup game at Ninoy Aquino Stadium despite the absence of key players Japeth Aguilar and Stephen Holt due to injuries.

Justin Brownlee led Ginebra with an outstanding performance, scoring 49 points along with 12 rebounds, six assists, and two steals after going scoreless from beyond the arc in their previous game against Hong Kong Eastern.

Brownlee's consistent play helped Ginebra take a significant lead in the third quarter, although Terrafirma narrowed it to five points in the fourth before Ginebra secured the win.

RJ Abarrientos contributed 18 points and six assists while Troy Rosario added 17 points and five rebounds, contributing to Ginebra's improved record of 3-1.

Terrafirma remained winless at 0-6 with Brandon Edwards leading them with 27 points and 12 rebounds, Vic Manuel adding 19 points; Stanley Pringle finished with 11 points, nine assists, and three steals in his return game against Ginebra.
