BOC processes nearly 13M vaccine doses

As of June 18, the Bureau of Customs (BOC) has processed 20 shipments of COVID-19 vaccines totaling nearly 13 million doses at NAIA and an additional 210,000 Pfizer doses in Davao.

Vaccines from Sinovac, Sputnik V, AstraZeneca, and Pfizer-BioNTech have been released.

The BOC also cleared over 14 million vaccine doses since February, with specific numbers including nine million Sinovac, two million five hundred fifty-six thousand AstraZeneca, two million four hundred seventy-eight thousand Pfizer/BioNTech, and one hundred eighty thousand Sputnik V doses.

Additionally, the BOC has pre-cleared personal protective equipment (PPE) and other medical supplies at NAIA's COVID-19 One-Stop-Shop.
