Rolly affects over 2M in 12 regions

Super Typhoon Rolly affected over 2 million individuals from 12 regions in the Philippines.

As of Tuesday, November 3, the number of families affected reached 402,458 or 1,612,893 individuals across Cagayan Valley, Central Luzon, Calabarzon, Mimaropa, Bicol, and the National Capital Region.

The NDRRMC reported that at least 16 people were killed, with 10 deaths in Albay and six in Catanduanes.

Additionally, 372,653 families or over two million individuals were affected as of Monday, November 2, while 96,543 families or 346,993 individuals were preemptively evacuated based on the storm's track.

Catastrophic violent winds and intense rainfall are expected in several provinces including Catanduanes, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Sorsogon, Marinduque, Quezon, Laguna, Batangas, and Burias Island.
