Rolly closes 18 road sections in 4 regions

Super Typhoon Rolly closed at least 18 road sections in four regions due to damage from fallen trees, electrical posts, landslides, and flooding.

The DPWH reported that before the typhoon arrived, they had pre-positioned 777 heavy equipment vehicles, 518 tools, and deployed 4,931 personnel for clearing operations.

In Catanduanes province and other parts of Luzon, over 53,000 households are without electricity.
