Bataan reports two more OFW COVID-19 cases

As of Saturday, June 27, Bataan's total confirmed COVID-19 cases increased to 184 after two male OFWs tested positive.

The new patients, a 28-year-old from Bagac and a 35-year-old from Mariveles, brought the number of active cases to 20.

A 27-year-old woman from Orani recovered, raising the total recoveries to 154 while deaths remained at 10.

On Thursday, June 25, nine new cases were reported, bringing the total to 182; these included a 32-year-old OFW and several residents of Orani, including a one-year-old boy.

The barangay in Orani where the positive cases reside was placed under lockdown.

Active cases rose to 19 with the new infections, while recoveries remained at 153 and deaths stayed at 10.
