Adamson edges NU, tightens grip on Final Four

Adamson University secured a significant advantage in their pursuit of the last seat in the UAAP men's basketball Final Four by defeating National University (NU) on Saturday at the Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Jerom Lastimosa scored the winning three-pointer with 5.5 seconds left, giving Adamson a narrow 64-63 victory over NU.

Adamson’s coach Nash Racela praised Jerom's crucial shot and Lenda Douanga's performance, who led the team with 16 points and six rebounds.

Meanwhile, University of the East (UE) dealt La Salle a setback by defeating them 80-72, further complicating La Salle's chances for a Final Four spot.
